Yemen Women Union (YWU) successfully completed the second round of unconditional food cash assistance in July 2026.

This intervention is implemented under the project “Integrated Food Security and Protection Response for Affected Households in Al Bayda City, Al Bayda Governorate,” funded by Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).

During this cycle, assistance reached 355 households — totaling 2,545 individuals. Beneficiary families were carefully identified according to humanitarian standards and vulnerability criteria related to food security and livelihoods, ensuring that support is directed to those most in need.
