On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Executive Office of the Yemeni Women's Union held
an effective speech and honor ceremony for leaders and cadres of the Yemeni Women's Union organized
by the Yemeni Alliance for Development and Development.
At the event, Fathia Mohamed Abdullah, Chairwomen of the YWU, delivered a speech in which she
highlighted the role of the Federation in all its branches from the different governorates of the Republic
and the services it provides. She stressed that the celebration of March 8-21 each year is a tribute to women

of Yemeni women who fought for the exit of Yemen from the circle of ignorance and managed to reach great
scientific and strategic goals together with their brother, stressing the right of women to education, citizenship, freedom,
dignity and participation in power. .
The event included poetic thoughts and an artistic dance for the flowers of Salem Al-Sabah School, which painted a
painting about the virtues of the mothers and their honor on this day
