As part of the school drop-out campaign within the project against gender-based violence in cooperation
with the United Nations Population Fund "
Yemen Women Union, Ibb Governorate, continues the campaign of field visits to the governorate
schools and districts to introduce the project.
On Monday, April 2, 2018, YWU Ibb branch visited the Arwa Elementary Secondary School for Girls in the village
of Beit Al-Azani of Al-Nadira Directorate.
The meeting was attended by school principals in connection with networking with school principals as well as
social workers in the Directorate. The meeting was then attended by male and female students, presentation of
the project, types of violence and services provided by the union to women survivors of violence.
And how to report on any situation through Hotline Service (8000999) and to ensure confidentiality
of the information received
