YWU - Executive Office held a workshop to test the training manual against
gender-based violence on 16 April 2018, through which community committees and community
awareness networks will be trained in various governorates and districts.
The opening of the opening ceremony was welcomed by Fathia Mohammed Abdullah, President of the Yemen Women's Union, and noted the importance of this project and its impact on the individual and society as a whole and the role of the Yemeni Women's Union in combating gender-based violence through its projects in various governorates.
